Waterproofing external Weber Dry SS-8 Extra 10+25 kg

Weber.dry SS-8 Extra is a polymer-emulsion, cement-based, two-component waterproofing compound with super-elastic and moisture-resistant properties. It is ideal for use on walls and floors in both interior and exterior spaces — especially bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, terraces and swimming pools. It is easy to apply and quickly prepared for tiling.

• With full elasticity, it effectively covers cracks and reliably protects the surface from water penetration.

Instructions for use:

• The work surface must be clean, solid and free of dust, oil or other harmful residues.

• Dissolve the powder component in water and gradually add the liquid component, stirring with a wooden or low-speed stirring tool until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

• Apply the resulting mixture to the wall or floor surface with a brush, roller or spatula in 2–3 layers. The previous layer must be dried before applying each layer.

• Use a reinforcing mesh or tape to reinforce cracks and corners.

• After the waterproofing has completely dried, you can begin installing ceramic tiles or other coatings.

• During the work and during the drying process, the surface must be protected from rain, frost and direct sunlight.
