Instructions for use:
Preparation: Open the package and mix the mixture thoroughly with a low-speed rotary drill or mixer to obtain a uniform texture. Take special care not to over-beat the mixture or add water, as adding water will significantly damage the mixture and may render it unusable.
Application: Apply the mixture with a stainless steel spatula in an upward direction. Within 10 minutes after application, level the surface with the same spatula to obtain a uniform, continuous layer, the thickness of which should not exceed 1.5 times the grain size of the wallpaper.
Leveling and surface control: If the wallpaper is light in color (with a white filler content of more than 50%), excessive application (4 or more times) with the spatula over the same area is not allowed - this may cause dark spots. When applying, check the surface at an angle (approximately 5-15 degrees) to detect defects at an early stage and immediately correct any bumps or depressions.
Layer thickness and uniformity:Do not exceed the thickness of the applied layer of the mass — it should not exceed three times the grain size. A layer that is too thick may slip and damage the final surface. For a smooth result, use a clean tool — clean the spatula frequently to remove material residues.
Working style: Work on one surface should be done continuously, at the same time and with the same tool. Do not use different types of spatulas or application techniques on the same wall, as this may cause color differences or spots. It is recommended to use material from one batch or pre-mixed mass from different batches in one container on one surface.
Application using the "wet-on-wet" method: To avoid cracks, the processing of individual sections should be carried out on a wet mass — not on a dry one. If a break is necessary, apply masking tape in advance at the end of the application line, which must be removed immediately after leveling the mass.
Temperature and environmental conditions: When applying the mass, the temperature of the air, material and surface should be from +10°C to +30°C. Do not work in direct sunlight, rain, fog or strong wind. For 48 hours after application, it is necessary to protect the wallpaper from rain, freezing and rapid drying (for example, from direct sunlight). To do this, use protective cellophane, netting or other suitable covering.
Conclusion: The final color and texture appear after the mass has completely dried. The quality of work and the uniformity of the surface largely depend on the correct use of the material and strict adherence to the above rules.
