Warranty terms

The warranty terms and conditions of the product manufacturer or hypermarket apply only to goods with grant coupons. You receive a warranty card with detailed warranty conditions along with the purchased product at the time of purchase. Warranty service does not apply to some products presented in the Domino hypermarket, the list of which can be found in the following paragraphs. Replacing Items

➜ We will replace the purchased product if:

• The product has a factory defect (mechanical damage is not considered as such)

• During the order fulfillment, the hypermarket made an error, as a result of which you accidentally received the wrong model and / or product with incorrect characteristics.

• Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you decide to exchange the purchased product for a similar one of another model. In this case, please visit the hypermarket and issue a return certificate.

Return Items

➜ Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase in the following cases:

• The packaging of the product is not damaged and retains its full branding, the product also meets all consumer properties and all factory tags, labels and seals are in place.

• The product has not been used.

➜ The conditions for returning goods are indicated in your warranty card, which you receive at checkout.

➜ Textile products and decorative items (including Christmas accessories);

➜ Building materials such as colored paints;

➜ Goods for hunting, pyrotechnics, etc.

➜ Tiles (tile, broom, porcelain stoneware, etc.), laminate flooring, parquet board, parquet, vinyl flooring;

Note

In categorie tiles (tiles, brooms, porcelain stoneware, etc.), laminated flooring, parquet board, parquet, vinyl flooring - the following items are considered an exception:

• Return of the sample - if there is a receipt, return of 1-3 tiles on one article, from the moment of purchase within 14 calendar days, provided that the salable appearance and integrity of the goods are preserved;

• If there is a difference in geometry (product, lock shape), color tone on the surface / coating (spots, stripes, dots), etc.

• The return of excess material, subject to the availability of a balance in the warehouse, and its relevance, is considered individually.

This is important!

➜ When returning a product, you must confirm the online payment with a check or any other supporting document, and also have the buyer's identity card and the purchased product with you.

➜ In some cases, the buyer must complete the appropriate form in order to return the goods. The approximate time for consideration of the application is up to 30 calendar days.

➜ In the case of a return of goods, the cost of the original transportation will not be refunded.
